i-GUARD Phone&Tablet Repair Plan


A more comprehensive accidental damage protection
  • Protect your Tablet in case of accidental damage and reimburse 80% of the repair cost for each repair.
  • Areas of protection include accidental drop/crush damage, water/liquid damage, broken screen and total damage.
  • If the repair cost quotation does not exceed 75% of the recommended retail price (“RRP”) of the tablet at the time of subscription of the eye3 Smart Communications Service, unlimited number of repairs and reimbursements during the policy period. If the repair cost quotation exceeds 75% of the RRP, the damage is considered as total damage and only one reimbursement is allowed and the customer can reimburse up to 60%* of the RRP to purchase a new tablet with the same or specified model. The policy period will terminate immediately once the reimbursement of total damage has been settled.

  • *Reimbursement Value for Replacement of Tablet Upon Approval

    60% of the recommended retail price of the tablet at the time of subscription of the eye3 Smart Communications Service


  • Customers who have successfully subscribed and installed designated eye3 Smart Communications Service can enjoy a complimentary 12-month service of this Plan. Customer must complete the registration on his / her own within 30 days from the installation date of the eye3 Smart Communications Service.
  • Eligible customers must continue to use their eye3 Smart Communications Service throughout the commitment period.
